Join Our Culinary Team!
We are seeking dependable, hardworking Line Cooks to join the kitchen team at our private country club. Whether you're an experienced cook or looking to grow your culinary skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Available Shifts
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon/Evening Shift: Approximately 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Potential station assignments include:
- AM Breakfast & Lunch Cookery
- AM Garde Manger
- PM Grill
- PM Vegetables & Starches
- PM Garde Manger
Pay
- $16.00 – $24.00 per hour
- Compensation is based on experience, skill level, and qualifications.
Requirements
Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Set up and stock workstations before service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Work efficiently during busy meal services while maintaining attention to detail.
• Assist with food preparation, storage, and kitchen closing duties.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests.
Qualifications
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Able to work safely and efficiently in a hot kitchen environment.
• Capable of bending, reaching, and performing other physical kitchen tasks throughout the shift.
