  • Anticipated hiring range: $100,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience)

THE ROLE and responsibilities

The Associate Director is a key frontline fundraiser in the UC Law San Francisco Office of Advancement and Alumni Engagement, reporting to the Director of Philanthropy.

This role engages alumni and friends of the College to inspire meaningful philanthropic investments that expand access and opportunities to an excellent legal education, empower outstanding teaching and scholarship, shape the practice and real-world impact of the law, and strengthen the academic village in the heart of San Francisco.

This is an especially exciting time to join UC Law San Francisco. The College is in the final phase of Into the Future, its first and largest comprehensive fundraising campaign, with an ambitious goal of $100 million by 2027 to advance four strategic priorities: Student Success, Faculty Excellence, Innovative Initiatives, and the Academic Village. Looking ahead, the College will also celebrate the 150th anniversary of its founding in the 2027/2028 academic year, creating a unique opportunity for the Associate Director to help shape the next chapter through transformational philanthropy.
