In this role, the Radiology Technologist will perform a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to obtain required images for a radiological diagnosis. Responding appropriately to professional staff and patient demands.  Assisting management in sustaining a high quality of service. This position is needed to cover ER X-ray, Inpatient X-ray and OR.

This is a Part Time position, working Sunday and Monday from 8:00am - 4:00pm, and Friday from 4:00pm - 12:00am, located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Preferred Criteria:

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) strongly preferred

Required Criteria:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiography Technologist program.

• High School Diploma/GED

• N.Y. State Department of Health X-ray License

• New Graduates: Temporary license required and must supply exam date prior to start of employment. New York State Radiologic Technologist license must be obtained within six months of hire

Salary Range:

$46.66 - $57.55/Hourly
