Your Team

The Test Factory Consultant is part of the Test Factory Management team in Test Engineering domain, and is responsible for orchestrating and governing end-to-end Test Factory operations to ensure predictable, stable, and sustainable Regression Test Package (RTP) upgrade cycles. The role acts as the operational leader of Test Factory cycles, driving execution excellence, cross-team collaboration, risk management, reporting, and continuous improvement across both functional and technical testing streams.

Working closely with Client Evolution Teams (CETs), Test Factory Stream Leads, Test Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and regional Test Factory management, the Test Factory Lead ensures that all Test Factory activities are delivered according to agreed Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Definition of Done (DoD), and operational standards.

Your Role

• Own and orchestrate the execution of Test Factory cycles.
• Perform first-level analysis of cycle execution issues and route incidents.
• Monitor Test Factory execution progress and ensure compliance with: Test Factory Greening Service Level Objectives, Definition of Done (DoD), Delivery milestones.
• Manage execution risks, impediments, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Centralize and report on Test Factory KPIs.
• Publish regular status reports and communicate progress through: Email updates, Weekly governance meetings, Management reviews, Executive dashboards.
• Contribute to Regression Test Package transition from Client Evolution Teams organizations into the Test Factory.
• Lead onboarding activities for new Regression Test Packages entering Test Factory scope.
• Ensure smooth and official handover between Test Factory and Client Evolution Team organizations.
• Partner closely with the Test Factory Manager to identify, manage, and mitigate operational risks.
• Maintain strong alignment with Client Evolution Teams management regarding: milestones, Upgrade roadmaps, Environment refresh plans, RTP scope evolution.
• Work with regional Test Factory Leads to define and promote operational best practices and delivery standards.
• Assess the impact of tooling enhancements on Test Factory operations.
• Coordinate testing and deployment of new capabilities released by the tooling teams.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in software testing, delivery management, quality assurance, or testing operations or related field.
• Experience leading testing programs involving multiple stakeholders and distributed teams, is a plus.
• Understanding of: Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC), Test Management processes, Release and Upgrade Management, CI/CD principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organization and time management.
• Strong partnership mindset.
