Accounts Receivable Officer

With a network of branches across WA, QLD, NSW & VIC Corefleet supports industry through the provision and maintenance of 'purpose built' vehicles, to safely and reliably mobilise individuals and teams operating in some of Australia's most remote locations.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate billing, timely collections and strong relationships with our customers, while working closely with internal stakeholders across finance, sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts

• Generating and issuing accurate invoices

• Following up overdue accounts and resolving payment queries by phone and email

• Preparing accounts receivable reports, including ageing and cash flow insights

• Supporting month-end processes and continuous improvement initiatives

• Building positive relationships with customers and our internal teams

The successful applicant will have the following skills & attributes:

• Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Receivable role

• Strong understanding of debtor management and credit control processes

• Proven reconciliation skills with high attention to detail

• Experience handling customer queries and managing stakeholder relationships

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems (ERP exposure advantageous)

• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
