JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsável por liderar os projetos Red-X para solução de problemas elegíveis e atuar como representante do programa Red-X junto ao time corporativo.
• Conduzir as análises dos principais impactos de PPM e Sucata nos processos produtivos com equipe multifuncional conforme procedimentos internos.
• Avaliar as análises dos índices de capabilidade das características críticas de produto e processo, conduzindo ações de melhoria com os times multifuncionais.
• Liderar as análises de problemas em linha, propondo ações de melhoria para os processos produtivos e conduzindo a implementação com apoio de equipe multifuncional.
• Apoiar as reuniões de análise de problemas oriundos de 8Ds de cliente, fast response, auditorias de cliente etc.
• Apoiar reuniões de elaboração/revisão de PFMEA e Plano de controle, contribuindo com as análises e planos de ações aplicáveis.
