## About this Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP delivery professional to lead large-scale ERP implementations and rollouts, ensuring high-quality delivery across SAP FIN/SCM domains. This role focuses on driving programme execution across people, process, and technology, while managing stakeholders, timelines, and costs effectively within global delivery environments.

## What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring alignment with scope, quality, timelines, and budget

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering data, processes, systems, and people

Coordinate with global stakeholders and operating companies to align deliverables and execution plans

Act as a central point for programme governance, escalation management, and stakeholder communication

Oversee implementation activities including testing, training, deployment, and data migration

Balance delivery approaches across Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies

Drive collaboration between shared services, system integrators, and Centres of Excellence

Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to IT and compliance standards (including SOX)

Lead local implementation teams, manage risks, and ensure alignment with transformation initiatives

## Who you are

Experienced in delivering ERP programmes with 8–10 years in SAP project environments

Proven track record of leading at least two end-to-end SAP implementations in FIN or SCM

Strong understanding of SAP capabilities, project delivery methodologies, and system landscapes

Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and cross-functional coordination

Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and planning

Able to work in dynamic, global environments and manage competing priorities effectively

Demonstrates analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and ownership mindset

Holds relevant qualifications in engineering, business, or related fields; certifications in Scrum, ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2 are advantageous
