Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Associate Support Engineer to join our Technical Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first- and second-level technical support for our core business applications, ensuring maximum system availability and optimal performance for our users. You will join a highly collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional system stability and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do In this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve first- and second-level application issues, executing root cause analysis to implement permanent fixes and ensure optimal performance.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and development teams to deploy application updates and quickly resolve complex escalated problems.
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards by executing daily operational checks, maintaining system configurations, and monitoring health performance.
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have:
Foundational experience or a strong entry-level understanding of Information Technology principles, operating systems (Windows and Linux), and networking basics.
Strong knowledge of performance analysis, application maintenance, and methodical troubleshooting processes.
Proven ability in analytical problem-solving, detailed organization, and clear professional communication with internal users and large groups.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
