A Day in the Life
Surgical Innovation includes technologies that support surgeons across a broad range of procedures and care settings worldwide. The portfolio includes energy-based devices, electrosurgical and vessel sealing technologies, tissue and tumor ablation solutions, and related capital equipment.
These products use technologies such as radiofrequency, monopolar and bipolar energy, microwave, and argon plasma to achieve intended tissue effects during surgical and therapeutic procedures.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Drive sales and market development for the Surgical Innovation (SI) portfolio across Goa and Coastal Maharashtra.
Promote products including Sutures, Stapling, Energy, Electrosurgery, Hernia, and Advanced Surgical Solutions.
Build strong relationships with surgeons, OT staff, biomedical engineers, and hospital stakeholders.
Provide clinical support during surgeries and conduct product demonstrations.
Execute marketing campaigns, training programs, CMEs, and medical conferences.
Identify new business opportunities and support government tender activities.
Manage key accounts, track market trends, and achieve territory sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years experience*
• OR Associate’s Degree AND 2+ years experience*
• OR Bachelor’s Degree
