Overview
Christian Care Fellowship Square of Mesa is looking for a Caregiver Supervisor with our memory care team. The purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents.
The purpose of this position is to provide supervision of Certified Caregivers who provide a broad range of services to the residents in our Assisted Living facility. This position is considered a "working" supervisor as the supervisor is required to perform regular caregiver duties in addition to supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and administer prescribed medications to patients.
- Maintain medical records.
- 2 years memory care experience
- Perform welfare checks on patients.
- Orders and completes medication records.
- Provide physical assistance, laundry, bedding, and light housekeeping.
- Partner with other associates to ensure safety and well-being.
- A Positive can-do attitude.
- Compassion to communicate well and work as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Arizona Caregiver certification required from an approved agency or company will pay for Caregiving certification.
- Background check, DPS Fingerprint Card, Current TB test, Food Handlers Card, and pass drug screening.
- Must have current Adult CPR and Basic First Aid Training.
- Minimum of HS diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an assisted living setting with minimum of 1-year supervisory experience.
- The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 100lbs.
