Work Location: Tongluo Site.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
As an Engineer within our OMT RAM Metro Operation, you will have a crucial part in guaranteeing the smooth running of our operations. Your duties will encompass, without being restricted to:
\- Establish and secure Metro tool paths to sustain capacity and cycle time.
\- Support NPI introduction and pilot run.
\- Validate equipment PM CPM and conduct a test run.
\- Communicate and coordinate with PO/EO, handle with equipment, lot, production line related issues.
\- Assess equipment qualification data.
\- Support defect scan for equipment solving.
\- Tool mismatching abnormal case analysis and containment.
\- WIP management, hold lot handling, priority lot arrangement and Q-time lot control.
\- Equipment status monitoring and engineering time management.
\- CDSEM equipment alignment issue handling.
\- Orion eCAP case handing.
\- Equipment MES error handling.
\- Daily operating status summary and report.
AI Relevant Job Responsibilities:
