This role requires managing contracts and facilitating shared service coordination to align with organizational goals. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors is essential to maintain their engagement and support for strategic initiatives. The position demands proactive involvement in overseeing project progress and addressing any challenges that may arise to ensure successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to maintain alignment with contractual obligations.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance service efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve service incidents effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and coordinate across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Familiarity with service delivery frameworks and contract management principles.
- Competence in using service management tools and platforms to track and report incidents.
