Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the development pipeline to ensure solutions are production-ready, integrating generative AI models, and working on diverse projects that may include deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. This position demands continuous innovation and collaboration to deliver scalable and efficient AI-driven solutions that meet organizational goals and client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align AI initiatives with broader organizational strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries to develop and deploy AI models effectively.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and their AI service offerings to build scalable solutions.
- Ability to work with large datasets, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with deep learning architectures such as neural networks and their practical applications.
- Competence in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python or R.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
