Position Summary:
Job Summary: The Consultant I works among a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for our customers. This role will research, isolate, diagnose, resolve and follow-up on problems for customer change events. When necessary, the Consultant I will also manage escalated events as appropriate.Essential Responsibilities / Duties
· Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of completing implementation project.
· Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals
· Inform customer and other stakeholders of project progress
· Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products
· Conduct tasks and assignments as directed
· Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
· Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved
Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience.
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Experience
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
· Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules to produce desired results
· A balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer
Location:
This role follows a 100% remote set-up in the Philippines.

The annual salary range for this role is: PHP 971,400.00 - 1,457,100.00. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
