Description
The Assistant Manager, Sales is accountable for assisting the Regional Sales Manager or Branch Manager in managing
the successful execution of Wesco sales initiatives, policies and programs for a specific location, in support of business
plans and strategic objectives; and for pursuing new business to meet annual Company and branch or regional goals.
The Assistant Manager will maintain positive and productive customer and vendor relationships, resolving
problems; assisting with completing audits; identifying trends; pursuing process and system improvements and assisting
with the implementation of changes, as necessary to meet business requirements.
