## Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical-functional domain authority for EHSS business systems, including SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, and related enterprise platforms.
• Evaluate business and regulatory requirements and determine the most appropriate platform, workflow, integration, automation, or technology solution to meet business needs.
• Assess standard platform capabilities, identify functional gaps, and recommend scalable, supportable, and compliant system solutions.
• Review and validate system builds, configurations, interfaces, and integrations to ensure alignment with business objectives, enterprise standards, controls, and audit requirements.
• Define and maintain the EHSS systems architecture and interoperability blueprint, including systems of record, integrations, workflow handoffs, and functional boundaries.
• Analyze the impact of system changes across business processes, applications, users, controls, and upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Partner with IT, Enterprise Architecture, data teams, AI and automation teams, and implementation partners to align EHSS solutions with enterprise technology standards and roadmaps.
• Steward the EHSS systems landscape by finding opportunities to improve integration, reduce technical debt, strengthen supportability, and guide future platform enhancements, consolidations, or retirements.

## Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise business systems, platform delivery, systems analysis, enterprise applications, or a related technical-functional field.
• Significant experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA in a technical-functional capacity, including evaluating business requirements and recommending solution approaches.
• Experience working across integrated enterprise environments, including defining system interfaces, systems of record, workflow dependencies, and cross-platform business processes.
• Strong collaborator management, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.

## Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP EHS, SAP EHSM, Product Compliance, or related EHSS-focused SAP capabilities.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformations, implementations, migrations, testing, cutover, stabilization, or sustainment activities.
• Experience designing or supporting integrated ecosystems involving SAP, ServiceNow, APIs, workflow automation, and third-party platforms.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps, application rationalization strategies, interoperability models, or enterprise integration frameworks.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in employing AI-enabled solutions, automation, and agentic workflows to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
