SEPA - Armed School Security Officer

U.S. Security Care is currently seeking a Mature, Professional Armed Security Agent to work in a High School environment. 

Seeking: Retired LEO, Corrections or Military, Level II or III Armed Agent

Pay Rate: $27. - 30.00hr

Shifts Available:
Part time Monday-Friday: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (3-5 days per week)

Job Description:

- Position is located in Norristown, PA.
- Patrols school facilities and grounds to prevent disruptive or illegal actions, access to restricted areas, theft or vandalism on an assigned or rotating shift.
- Performs a variety of assignments which can require being in a fixed location or a mobile unit or being exposed to uncontrolled and/or unpredictable conditions.


Required Qualifications/Certifications

• - PA Lethal Weapons Training Act Certification (Act 235);
• - MUST HAVE a minimum of 3-5 years for Level II / 5-7 years for Level III of Armed security experience;
• - Retired  Law enforcement,Military, or Corrections Preferred
• - Weapons Qualification;
• - Must have valid Conceal Carry Permit
• - Will need to get ACT 67 certification (provided by us)
• - Must pass pre-employment drug testing and background proceedings;
• - Must have or be able to obtain a Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151);
• - Must have a high school diploma or GED;
• - Knowledge of PA Laws & district policies;
• - Must drive and have reliable transportation
• - Excellent organizational skills and abilities;
• - Current Act 34 and FBI Clearances as required by the laws of Pennsylvania, and any other clearances that may be required by law.
