We look for people who have bold new ideas, courage and a pioneering spirit to join forces to invent the future, and have fun along the way. Our culture thrives on intellectual curiosity, cognitive diversity and bringing your whole self to work — and we have an insatiable drive to do what others think is impossible. Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Manager Product Support 2 to join our team of individuals within our Product Support organization supporting the Multi-Domain Command & Control (MDC2) Business Unit. The position will be in Melbourne, FL. This leadership position will be full-time in the office with nominal travel responsibilities, including potential for international travel.

This includes managing the processing of Spares, Repairs and Provisioning efforts for the E-2C and E-2D aircraft. Selected applicant may be asked to perform a wide range of Logistics Support management tasks within the organization. The Support Hardware Manager acts as the leader to create the vision and lead the team in the execution of multiple Statements of Work related to the E-2 programs.

In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to be responsible for the following:

• Provide functional support to employees, including staffing and performance.

• Effectively communicate program metrics to both internal and external Customer leadership communities with regard to cost and schedule.

• Analyze cost and schedule inputs, support management reviews, and prepare and/or present briefings to leadership.

• Provide technical leadership over Spares, Repairs and Provisioning teams.

• Management of allotted hours and staffing for each sub-team to ensure accurate charging.
