As a Sealife Entertainments Host, you will play a key role in creating a memorable visitor experience by delivering exceptional customer service and maximising revenue opportunities. You will provide a warm and friendly welcome to all visitors, promote products and services through effective upselling, and ensure high standards of presentation, safety, and cleanliness throughout the venue. Working as part of a customer-focused team, you will help achieve key performance targets while ensuring every visitor leaves with a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every visitor with a friendly, professional, and approachable manner from arrival through to departure.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds visitor expectations and creates memorable experiences.
• Support the achievement of revenue, Sales Per Head (SPH), and commercial targets through confident upselling and product knowledge.
• Consistently meet daily KPIs and mystery shopper standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented public areas at all times.
• Respond proactively to visitor needs and go the extra mile to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Represent the organisation positively, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of service.
