Early Years Teaching Assistant – Kensington | November Start

A primary school in Kensington, West London is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team from November.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to play an active role in supporting their early learning and development.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside the class teacher to create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment where children feel confident to explore, play and develop new skills.

You'll support pupils through play-based activities, early phonics, reading, writing and numeracy, as well as helping children develop their communication, social skills and independence. The role will also involve working with small groups and providing individual support to children with different learning needs.

The school is looking for a patient, energetic and proactive Teaching Assistant with a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Previous experience working in a Reception class, nursery or other Early Years setting would be highly beneficial.
