Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a National - Legal Secretary. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience working as a litigation-focused legal secretary. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must have prior California litigation experience with significant primary experience in personal injury and construction/construction defect litigation.
Requirements:
- Familiar with the State and Federal Rules and Administrative Procedures.
- Experience filing and serving in California and out-of-state courts, including e-filing in state and federal courts. Familiarity with Court of Appeals procedures is preferred but not required.
- Provides administrative support to attorneys.
- Works independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation and e-discovery.
- Knowledge of case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, and exhibit preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience using Milana calendaring program is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, independent self-starters who can thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-intensive environment.

The yearly salary range is between $48,000-$100,000.
