Jumping Jack Plumbing in Victorville, CA is looking for a full-time Plumbing Sales Consultant who knows how to build trust, present value, handle objections, and close business. We're not looking for someone who simply leaves estimates behind and hopes for a callback. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS PLUMBING SALES CONSULTANT ROLE

THE SCHEDULING OPTIONS:

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

YOUR ROLE:

As our Plumbing Sales Consultant, you'll travel to scheduled residential plumbing appointments, evaluate homeowner needs, develop solution-based options, and present recommendations with confidence. You'll educate customers on the value of the proposed work, guide them through available options, skillfully address objections, and ask for the sale. You'll maintain communication on pending proposals, follow up consistently until you receive a clear yes or no, and build lasting trust that leads to closed business and satisfied customers.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid drivers license
• A clean driving record
• Sales experience and a strong desire to earn at a high level
• Comfortable using a phone, tablet, CRM and estimating software
• Knowledge of repipes, sewer repairs, hydro jetting, water heaters, tankless water heaters, reroutes, drain work, pressure regulators, water treatment and other plumbing repairs and installs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Plumbing sales experience is preferred
• HVAC, electrical, roofing, remodeling, restoration, or other in-home sales experience welcomed
• Bilingual English and Spanish abilities are a preferred
