Maintenance Coordinator

Description

As our Maintenance Coordinator, you are the go-to person for residents when maintenance needs arise and a key partner to our onsite maintenance team. You’ll keep service requests, work orders, vendors, inventory, and communication organized to help deliver a seamless resident experience.

In a typical day, you will:

• Coordinate resident service requests and maintenance communication.
• Manage and track work orders, apartment turnovers, scheduled maintenance, and emergency requests.
• Keep residents informed and ensure timely follow-up on maintenance needs.
• Coordinate scheduling and service with vendors.
• Order and track maintenance supplies, tools, and inventory.
• Process invoices and maintain maintenance records and reports.
• Provide administrative support to the maintenance team.
• Assist with coordinating apartment turnovers and Rent Ready homes.
• Support emergency reporting and property safety procedures.
• Build positive relationships with residents, team members, and vendor partners.

Requirements

We’re looking for:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role; multifamily experience is a plus.
• Experience with Yardi is a plus.
