Responsibilities:

1. Business Engagement & Value Communication

• Quotation Strategy & Margin Optimization: Collaborate with quotation stakeholders to translate raw development effort into comprehensive contract pricing. Responsible for reviewing pricing structures to ensure they reflect market value, align with service features, and maximize margin opportunities.
• Client Negotiation & Logic Presentation: Act as the primary liaison to articulate and justify pricing logic to Enterprise customers. Effectively communicate the value proposition to ensure customer alignment and successful business engagement.
• Requirement Convergence & Roadmap Planning: Work closely with Enterprise customers to understand business goals. Responsible for converging divergent customerrequirements and coordinating prioritization to help customers define a realistic and
  competitive product roadmap.

2. R&D Execution & Delivery Commitment

• Bridge the gap between business and technology teams to ensure commercial requirements are precisely implemented. Responsible for creating comprehensive feature tickets and defining clear Acceptance Criteria to guide R&D execution. Within limited development timelines, ensure delivery commitments are met through effective scope control.
• Resource Allocation & Progress Control: Oversee resource planning and technical feasibility. Track R&D progress to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Agile Flow Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize Agile/Scrum workflows to enhance cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.
  

3. Cross-Functional Operational Alignment & Emergency Management

• Operational Readiness & Alignment: During the final stages of technical Spec discussions, proactively facilitate communication between engineering and operations teams. Ensure all parties reach a consensus on post-launch operational SOP to maintain service stability.
• Emergency Response Commander: Serve as the commander for P0 emergency issues, coordinating cross-functional teams for immediate incident resolution and post-launch reliability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as Enterprise Solutions' Program Manager/Operations Manager, leading service launches
• In-depth knowledge and experience running an enterprise solutions/projects' development through end-to-end software development lifecycle
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent are preferred
• Strong verbal/written communication in both Chinese & English, and presentation skills, including ability to effectively communicate with customers and cross teams
• Self-directed, yet highly-cooperative and flexible work style within the team
• Requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical, problem-solving, facilitation and communication skills. Strong leadership, judgment and decision-making abilities, being able to communicate to all levels of the organization, including top management

Nice to Have:

• 3+ years of experience as business manager, managing financial and budgetary processes
• Japanese speaking a plus
• Experience working with remote and global teams a plus
