What you will be doing

• Monitor payment file imports, processing, and execution.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding current, past, and future payment execution.
• Support job scheduling and monitoring in a production environment.
• Research and resolve user, system, and processing issues.
• Follow escalation procedures and meet service level agreements.
• Coordinate testing of application, system, and process changes.
• Contribute to operational improvements and automation initiatives.
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
• Provide internal training and documentation. 

What you bring:

• Customer service experience (2+ years preferred).
• Mainframe and/or open systems knowledge.
• Experience with production control tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
