  • Partner with Privacy, Security, Compliance, IP, Product, Tax and Finance teams to structure transactions and support the launch of new commercial initiatives and distribution models.
  • Maintain contract templates, playbooks and contracting policies while training commercial teams on legal frameworks and negotiation guidance.
  • Use AI-enabled tools, automation and process enhancements to streamline contract management, improve legal workflows and accelerate deal execution.

What you'll bring

Required qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and active license in good standing in at least one relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant legal post-graduation experience, with demonstrated success drafting and negotiating complex commercial, distribution and media transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, risk allocation principles, intellectual property, data protection and commercial distribution frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage negotiations independently, advise business leaders in a matrix organization and balance legal risk with commercial goals.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience gained within a travel technology company, technology provider, law firm or platform services environment (SaaS, data licensing, digital advertising).
  • Experience supporting global transactions involving multiple jurisdictions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including legal drafting skills.
