Overview
The Knowledge Machine, part of The Marketing Cloud, Stagwell's centralized AI-powered technology and marketing intelligence organization, is seeking a senior client strategy leader to help some of the world's most recognized brands transform intelligence into action.
This role serves as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients, helping communications, corporate affairs, public affairs, and reputation leaders navigate an increasingly complex stakeholder environment through predictive intelligence, audience insights, and data-driven decision support. The ideal candidate combines executive-level client leadership with strong strategic thinking and a proven ability to translate complex analytics into clear business recommendations that drive outcomes.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise relationships, partnering closely with client executives, analytics teams, researchers, and product leaders to help organizations anticipate emerging issues, identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and maximize the value of The Knowledge Machine's communications intelligence platform.
More than a traditional account leader, this individual will serve as a trusted counselor to senior stakeholders, helping clients understand not only what is happening, but why it matters, what may happen next, and how to respond with confidence. This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of strategic advisory, communications intelligence, AI-powered technology, and enterprise relationship growth within one of Stagwell's fastest-growing technology businesses.

- Partner with analytics, research, and product teams to deliver meaningful insights and strategic recommendations.
- Guide clients in leveraging AI, predictive intelligence, and advanced communications analytics to achieve business objectives.
- Help clients measure communications effectiveness and connect insights to broader organizational priorities.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new products, services, and capabilities that create additional client value.
- Collaborate with growth and product teams to support business development and thought leadership initiatives.
