As an AA Assist Roadservice Contractor, you'll provide roadside assistance to members and customers experiencing automotive vehicle and battery-related breakdowns and mobility issues.
You will be responsible for managing your own business operations while delivering a high standard of professional roadside support, including:
- Battery testing and replacement
- Vehicle diagnostics and fault finding
- Breakdown assistance and roadside repairs
- Tyre changes and wheel-related incidents
- Vehicle lockout assistance
- Fuel-related incidents
- Jump starts and charging support
- Customer service and incident resolution
- Safe and professional roadside operations
