Job Description Summary:

*** $20,000 Sign on Bonus Available ***    

This is a Full Time Weekend Only Surgical Technologist position, w/minimal Call requirements. *Our Weekends Only positions require a commitment to work 50 of 52 weekends annually.
Hours: 7am-7pm Saturday and Sunday, w/one additional day shift during the week to maintain full-time status.
Call Requirements are minimal:  4 hours every 2 weeks.    

**Completion of a 2-year accredited Surgical Technologist program, or equivalent surgical technologist experience is REQUIRED**

The Main Operating Room (Level 1 Trauma Center) Surgical Technologist performs “scrub” technologist duties for scheduled surgeries in the Main Operating Room, and assists with the draping and utilization of instruments for a particular surgery and age of the patient serviced.  Demonstrates knowledge in the basic principles of sterile technique and sterilization procedures.  Clinical ladder advancement opportunities available.

Job Description:

Education:

- Successful completion of a Surgical Technologist program and/or equivalent Surgical Technologist experience is REQUIRED.

- Completion of Anatomy and Physiology classes preferred.

- High School graduate or equivalent required. 

Licensure/Certification/Registry:

- Maintains current CPR certification

- Surgical Technologist Certification preferred

Experience:

- Previous experience in multiple surgical specialties is preferred.

Pay Transparency

$27.52 - $42.65

Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
