Description
Join Tylko, Where Design Meets Technology
Founded in Warsaw, Poland, in 2015, Tylko is redefining how we design, shop for, and experience furniture. Frustrated by mass-produced, one-size-fits-all solutions, the team created something smarter: bespoke storage that balances cutting-edge technology, premium craftsmanship, and sustainable production.
With millimetre-perfect precision, every piece is made-to-order and crafted locally, minimising waste and maximising longevity. The result? A new standard in furniture – one that fits your space, your style, and your life.
Why It Matters
We’re not just building furniture. We’re changing how people think about living with it. By merging technology and design, we help people create spaces that truly reflect who they are. If you believe that good design can make everyday life better, you’ll feel right at home here.
How We Work
We believe in small teams, big ideas, and simple processes. No endless paperwork, no silos. Just open communication, shared goals, and a healthy dose of curiosity. We start small, think big, and move fast, because progress always beats perfection.
At Tylko, collaboration and trust aren’t buzzwords — they’re how we work. From day one, you’re part of a team that makes real decisions and brings them to life together. You’ll have the freedom to share ideas, turn them into action, and shape the space around you literally. Here, learning isn’t a bonus. It’s part of the job.
Senior Graphic Designer
We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to take ownership of Tylko's visual output across marketing channels - someone who brings both craft and creative confidence to every brief.
About the Brand Marketing Team
We're a diverse group of graphic designers, 3D artists, photo production specialists, and copywriters, working together to create all content across Tylko's channels. Curiosity, taste, and a drive to make things better are what we run on.
About the Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will join the Brand Marketing team - taking briefs from concept to delivery, raising the bar on quality, and bringing fresh ideas to the table. You'll work closely with the Creative Director, Digital Designer and cross-functional teams across marketing and e-commerce, with real ownership over how Tylko shows up visually across digital channels.
What You'll Do
Create the end-to-end design process for Tylko's marketing channels - from ideation through to delivery - with a focus on quality and on-brand consistency
Design high-performing ads for paid channels including Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok, with a strong understanding of what works where and why
Create compelling assets for the website, newsletters, and organic social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) using photos, video, and 3D content from our internal creative team and external collaborators
Adapt and format master creatives for different platforms and European markets, maintaining quality standards across all outputs
Contribute to campaign ideation and new product launches alongside the Creative Director
Champion Tylko's visual language - keeping it sharp, consistent, and evolving
Why Tylko?
Being part of the Tylko team goes beyond clocking in every day. We celebrate inclusivity and work together to build a culture where people are truly heard. Here's what comes with the role:
One bonus day off every month
Comprehensive healthcare
Multisport card
A dedicated budget for professional development
A generous discount on all Tylko products
A dog-friendly office
