Dentist

We are looking to hire a Full-Time General Dentist to join our team in Wilmington, DE to take over existing column work of a departing provider. Our office has served northern Delaware for over 6 decades and we have the support staff and patient base to aid any long-standing provider.

Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:

• Mainly working with Adults (10% PED’s)
• FFS, PPO, and some Medicaid (15%)
• Scope: General, Cosmetic, Restorative, PED’s, and additional services included!
• Clinical Autonomy and High-end Dental Technology (CBCT on-site)
• Multi-Doc practice

Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:

• 35-40% of Collections (experience dependent)
• Annual Salary: $250,000-$500,000
• Mentorship from Experienced Provider
• Leadership Track Programs (Potential Equity)
• CE allowance, 401k, Malpractice coverage, and Additional Benefits
• Relocation Assistance Available for those who Qualify

Schedule for the Dentist:

• Monday – Thursday (8:30-5:00)
• Friday (7:30-3:30)
• No Weekends!
