- Develop meaningful measures and reporting that provide visibility of third party risk performance, compliance and effectiveness
- Monitor evolving regulatory expectations relating to third party risk and help translate change into practical actions for the business
- Support Zip’s operational resilience capability through critical operations assessments, disruption tolerance considerations, scenario analysis and testing
- Contribute to business continuity and crisis management frameworks, including oversight, monitoring and continuous improvement
- Deep dive into incidents and emerging risk events when required, bringing structure, critical thinking and a strong risk lens to complex situations
- Act as a trusted risk advisor to first line teams, building strong relationships and helping teams understand how good risk management supports sustainable commercial outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve the way we manage risk and compliance, including thoughtful use of AI, automation and new tools
