Working alongside the Authorised Dealer Channel Manager, you'll help execute the channel strategy, partner with Dealers to improve performance and deliver agreed revenue, profitability, customer service and conversion goals. A key part of the role is identifying, qualifying and onboarding suitable businesses to join the network. You'll build trusted relationships with business owners, support existing Dealers and work closely with teams across Smith&Smith® to resolve issues, improve processes and deliver a consistent customer experience. Some national travel is required.

- Proven ability to build credible, mutually beneficial relationships with business owners and stakeholders.
- Confident negotiation and influencing skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience developing action plans and implementing strategies or initiatives to support business results.
- A collaborative, customer-focused approach and confidence working across multiple business teams.
- Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach, with enthusiasm for growth and continuous improvement.
