Dental Assistant – New Berlin, WI

Art of Modern Dentistry is looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team in New Berlin, WI!

Do you enjoy helping patients feel comfortable, supporting a great clinical team, and making a difference in people’s smiles? We’d love to meet you! We’re looking for a dependable Dental Assistant with at least one year of hands-on dental assisting experience who is ready to contribute to a positive, patient-focused practice.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control guidelines

• Take dental X-rays as needed and permitted by applicable credentials

• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation

• Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visits

• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and supplies

• Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols

• Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure efficient patient care

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of hands-on dental assisting experience required

• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and clinical terminology

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Commitment to patient safety and infection control

What We Offer

• Full-time schedule:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

  • Thursday: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM

• Pay range: $19–$22 per hour, based on experience
