Your rate shouldn't stay the same forever. On this dedicated account you start at $0.70 a mile, get a raise every year, earn $320 per unload, and still make it home every week. Drivers average $1,700 to $2,100.
Pay That Grows
- 0 to 12 months: $0.70 per mile
- 13 to 24 months: $0.72
- 25 to 36 months: $0.74
- Keeps going up 2 cents a year, to $0.84
- Plus $320 per load unload pay and stop pay
The Account
- Dedicated retail freight out of Cowpens, SC
- Deliveries in SC, NC, GA, AL, TN, KY, VA, WV and OH
- About 3 loads a week, 3 stops per load, hand unload with rollers
- No touch backhauls
Home Time
- Home weekly for your 34 hour reset
- Off Friday night to Saturday or Saturday night to Sunday
Equipment and Start
- Late model automatic sleeper, 53 foot dry van
- Park at home if safe
- Paid mentor ride along for your first 3 loads, $175 a day

Requirements
- 21 or older with 3 months solo tractor trailer experience
- Valid Class A CDL matching your current state
- No more than 2 moving violations and no preventable accidents in 3 to 5 years
- No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years, no SAP drivers
- Pass hair and urine drug testing
- Live within 90 miles of Mount Airy, NC
