HAVN Roofing LLC is a residential roofing contractor based in Gilbert, AZ. We take pride in quality workmanship, safe job sites, and treating our crews and customers right. We’re looking for an experienced Roof Foreman to lead our crews and deliver great results on every project.

Position Summary

The Roof Foreman supervises roofing crews on residential job sites, making sure projects are completed safely, on schedule, on budget, and to company and manufacturer standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong roofing skills and the ability to coach and motivate a team.

This position will be working with our Production TEAM to improve upon the highest quality of work and communication with our customers. You will be empowered to influence, inspire and impact the lives of our customers through service, and aligning your vision with both our core values and mission. This position requires excellence in customer service, a TEAM player and an overall joy for others.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a roofing crew on residential projects
• Review project plans, scopes of work, and material orders before work begins
• Assign daily tasks and make sure crew members have the tools and materials they need
• Perform repairs, and maintenance on all types of roofing systems
• Enforce company safety policies, including fall protection and daily job site safety checks
• Inspect completed work for quality and code compliance
• Communicate with production managers and homeowners about progress
• Track crew hours, material usage, and daily job progress
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and protected, including thorough cleanup and debris removal
• Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safe work practices
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working order

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 3 years of roofing experience
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, plans, and roof measurements
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be able to speak English
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide acceptable documentation of identity and employment eligibility
• Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license

Preferred:

• Spanish-speaking highly recommended
• Experience with all types of roofing systems
• Basic smartphone skills for scheduling and reporting

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at heights and on steep or uneven surfaces
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and carry materials up ladders
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and variable weather conditions
• Ability to stand, climb, kneel, and bend for extended periods
