Overview

What you will do
- System administration and operational reliability: Oversees Homecare clinical and operational applications, integrated systems, hardware coordination, interfaces, access processes, and system records. Monitor functionality and downtime, coordinate resolution of failures, maintain supported versions, and lead annual testing of information-systems recovery plans. Manager all cell phones, iPads, and computer devices for the At Home division.
- Security, access, data integrity, and compliance: Administer or oversee role-based access, timely removal of access for separated employees, program and facility files, hardware/software inventories, contracts, audit readiness, and review of data accuracy and reliability. Escalate risks and implement corrective actions.
- Epic / iCare/Clear Care/Better Impact application support and optimization: Maintain in-depth knowledge of supported Epic/iCare/Clear Care/Better Impact applications and associated infrastructure. Triage whether issues are technical, application, workflow, access, or training related; gather relevant information; coordinate with analysts, vendors, and supported representatives; and follow incidents through resolution.
- Training and adoption: Develop, deliver, and evaluate new-hire, refresher, upgrade, go-live, and one-to-one education. Maintain curricula, tip sheets, Learning Home dashboards, credentialed training programs, training environments, and LMS content. Communicate changes and monitor workflow adoption and training effectiveness.
- Testing, change management, and quality assurance: Lead or participate in workflow validation, configuration testing, test-script development, upgrade readiness, enhancement review, and post-implementation evaluation. Ensure proposed changes support safe, compliant, and efficient end-user workflows.
- Project and stakeholder leadership: Lead divisional technology implementations and process-improvement initiatives. Represent Homecare workflows in enterprise workgroups, maintain regular communication with operational and clinical leaders, track milestones, and complete projects withing approved scope and timelines.
- People leadership: Select, orient, coach, evaluate, and develop assigned team members. Establish priorities, provide timely feedback, maintain engagement, communicate organizational updates, and address performance concerns consistent with policy.
- Safety and emergency preparedness: When assigned as Division Safety Officer, coordinate required safety meetings, fire drills, agency safety calendars, safety manual reviews , staff education, and divisional emergency perparedness activities.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors Degree, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Information Systems, Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, Sciences, or a related field (Required) or
- High School Diploma or GED, High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of progressive healthcare experience, preferably in an Integrated Delivery Network in Clinical Care, Operations or IT support (Required) or
- Program Graduate, Technical License (Required)
- Associates Degree, Nursing (Preferred)
Experience
- 1 year Progressive experience supporting healthcare operations, clinical systems, business systems, or healthcare IT deployment (Preferred)
- 1 year Classroom, virtual, in-person, or one-to-one adult learning experience involving Epic/iCare/ Clear Care/Better Impact or comparable clinical applications (Preferred)
- 1 year Experience with Home Health, Hospice, ambulatory, revenue cycle, scheduling, clinical documentation, care planning, or related workflows (Preferred)
- Less than 1 year Project leadership and formal supervisory experience (Preferred)
Skills and Abilities
- Working expertise in at least one Epic/iCare applications and strong understanding of integrated clinical and operational workflows.
- Ability to translate technical functionality into clear operational guidance and adult-learning content.
- Knowledge of system administration, access control, data integrity, testing, incident management, change management, and disaster recovery.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project-management, facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentility, collaborate across disciplines, and provide support outside normal business hours when assigned.
Licenses and Certifications
- Credentialed Trainer - EPIC Epic certification or credentialed trainer status in at least one relevant application area required upon hire or within 180 days, base on organizational standards. within 180 Days(Required)
