Job Description:
This job is responsible for executing highly complex and sensitive corporate security activities essential to protecting the safety of employees and bank facilities. Key responsibilities include management of the bank’s security technology and applications, project management, as well as identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical and strategic problems.

 

The Corporate Security Professional – Security Technology is responsible for executing highly complex and sensitive corporate security activities essential to protecting the safety of employees and bank facilities. Key responsibilities include identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex problems in partnership with key stakeholders and deep understanding of the bank’s security technology and applications.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for physical security technology, including video, access control, alarm, and integrated security systems.
  • Research, evaluate, and test emerging security technologies to support program innovation and risk reduction.
  • Engage vendors, manufacturers, and internal partners to assess product capabilities and recommend solutions.
  • Facilitate security technology pilots, proofs of concept, and product evaluations from planning through recommendation.
  • Support the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise security systems and applications.
  • Develop technical requirements, standards, and business cases for security technology investments.
  • Partner with business, technology, and security stakeholders to deliver strategic security initiatives.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure successful delivery of security technology projects and services.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in physical security technology, security systems, or related technical disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise security technologies including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and alarm systems.
  • Experience supporting security technology deployments across complex enterprise environments.
  • Ability to evaluate, test, and recommend security technologies based on operational, technical, and business requirements.
  • Experience working with vendors, manufacturers, and integrators to assess solutions and drive successful outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to develop technical standards, business cases, and executive-level recommendations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with emerging security technologies, including cloud-based platforms, AI-enabled security solutions, and advanced detection technologies.
  • CPP, PSP, PMP, or other relevant industry certifications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Experience analyzing data and developing reports, dashboards, or technology performance metrics.
  • Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
