In this role you will be responsible for Business Process Mapping across all divisions and support functions throughout the organization, ensuring timely completion of tasks, supporting internal customer needs, issue resolution using a collaborative approach whilst maintaining the process quality.
Reporting to the Global Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Manager you will be responsible for the tasks below:
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to map and document business processes as per BPM2.0 standards, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment across functions and divisions
- Support process governance, inclusive of reviews, approvals, periodic maintenance adhering to modelling standards
- Support process maturity enhancement, identify gaps and implement initiatives to strengthen process standardization and governance
- Design and deliver process mapping training through both face-to-face sessions and eLearning modules
- Resolve system queries providing timely solutions to stakeholders to ensure effective and consistent use of the mapping platform
- Contribute to global improvement, standardization and transformation activities and collaborating with global teams and cross functional / divisional stakeholders
- Support the Global IMS Manager in initiatives around the mapping platform both locally and globally
Your Background:
- Experience across Quality and Integrated Management Systems and business process management
- Proven experience mapping and redesigning end-to-end business processes.
- Experience with process mapping tools such as SAP Signavio, Visio and BPMN 2.0 modelling rules
- Strong understanding of process governance, KPI management, and continuous improvement
- Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of ERP environments, preferably SAP
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- An understanding of ISO standards (specifically ISO9001) and how these relate to mapped processes

Work Environment:
This is permanent full-time vacancy with the work environment for a Business Process Engineer typically involving a combination of office-based tasks and interactions with internal customers organizationally wide. The atmosphere is dynamic with a focus on delivering high-quality service while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction. The role will be based at our Accelleron office in Vadodara, India.
