Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.
What You’ll Do
- Greet, check in, and assist patients and families with a friendly, professional approach.
- Schedule appointments, register patients, and maintain accurate patient information.
- Answer phones, manage messages, and assist with office communication.
- Verify insurance, collect copays, and assist with referrals, forms, and scanning.
- Answer patient questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay organized, professional, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of Medical Receptionist experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual in English and Haitian Creole required.
- Experience with AthenaOne and/or Phreesia strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and support a team.
- Dependable, professional, and patient-focused attitude.
Compensation Range: $20.50–$23.00 per hour
The compensation range listed represents Allied Physicians Group’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of posting. The specific compensation offered will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
