Description
We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team of experts who provide exceptional health services for our patients. The Dental Hygienist will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment in order to promote patients' comfort, reading x-rays and taking measurements, and assisting with general cleaning duties. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a desire to help their patients develop good oral health habits.
Here at BayView Dental, we firmly believe that you should be able to focus on what you love most – helping patients look and feel their best, with a confident smile! We have an amazing team that not only works together to always go the extra (s)mile for their patients, but goes the extra (s)mile for their work family, too. (Did you catch that play on words there?)
We are looking for an exceptional, friendly Registered Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team. Chair-side manner is important to us, as is internal communication. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintain our upbeat company culture while striving to always deliver the best patient experience.
Because BayView has the backing of a full support team, our clinical staff can have their cake and eat it, too – with Doctor’s who are committed to their patients and can focus on their care without the (let’s be honest) headache of HR issues, credentialing, recruiting, or accounting. We enable our clinical team to truly focus on why you got into this business in the first place – patient care!
If you are looking for a fun environment with the support of a work “family” – we’ve got you covered! We also offer the following benefits:
- Competitive pay
- Monthly bonus opportunities
- Receive mentoring, training and development regarding ethical and optimal patient care
- Team culture and great co-workers
At the end of the day we care about two things – having happy patients AND happy team members! Apply today if you want to change lives, be a part of a team that gives back to the community and always strives to make every day a great day!
