  • Support Quality Systems process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Apply a quality-focused mindset and demonstrate a commitment to patient safety, product quality, and doing the work right the first time.
  • Compile, analyze, and present Quality Systems data and metrics for various stakeholders and audiences.
  • Develop and maintain reports and visualizations that communicate Quality Systems performance and trends to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for assigned daily work and projects.
  • Support internal and external audit activities as needed.
  • Be proactive, explore opportunities to improve reporting, workflows, and processes through available digital tools and automation.
  • Learn and apply new tools, systems, and processes while proactively following up with stakeholders to move assigned work forward.
  • Maintain compliance with Boston Scientific's Quality Policy and applicable documented quality processes and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Quality Assurance
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems; learn new concepts, tools, and processes; and apply that knowledge to projects or assignments.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and experience organizing, interpreting, or presenting data.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, follow through on assignments, and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Postgraduate certificate, diploma, or degree in quality assurance, quality engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
  • Academic, internship, or work experience related to quality assurance, quality engineering, or process improvement.
  • Knowledge of or experience with project management, project coordination principles, or Six Sigma.
