Northside Hospital Gwinnett is hosting an in-person interview day 

on Wednesday, October 21st, from 10:00am-1:00pm for Visitor Management Representative (VMR) openings with the Lawrenceville campus. Please review the details below and apply to this position for consideration.

 

 

Shifts Interviewing For: 

• Resource, Day Shift: 5:00am – 1:30pm (Weekends-Saturday AND Sunday with opportunity to work during the week IF the department schedule permits) 
• Part Time, Evening Shift: 12:00pm - 8:30pm (Weekends Only-Saturday AND Sunday)
• Full Time, Evening Shift: 12:00pm-8:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities

Responsibility for effectively operating the Visitor Management system and processing all visitors into the facility in accordance with established processes and procedures.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

 

One (1) year in a healthcare or customer service related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

PREFERRED

 

Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Ability to present information clearly to a wide variety of audiences.

Ability to work without close supervision.

Ability to use a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Ability to operate necessary equipment / machines.
