Jr. Platform Admin, Salesforce

Job Description:

Dave & Buster’s is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Salesforce Administrator to join our Digital Solutions team in the fast-paced world of eatertainment—where food, fun, and memorable guest experiences intersect. This entry-level role is perfect for someone ready to kick off their Salesforce career and help support our growing Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and CPQ. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure the platform runs smoothly, helping internal users provide seamless service to guests across our locations.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• User Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support to internal users (Sales, Guest Services, Operations), resolving basic Salesforce issues and escalating as needed

• User Management: Assist with user setup and permission maintenance—keeping things clean, secure, and easy to use for everyone from front-line team members to corporate staff

• Configuration Assistance: Help update page layouts, fields, and reports/dashboards to better support business users and improve operational efficiency

• Data Integrity: Support efforts to maintain clean and accurate guest and operational data, including running deduplication tools and basic data imports

• Training and Documentation: Assist with onboarding materials, training sessions, and maintaining documentation so that teams across the business know how to make the most of Salesforce

• Testing and QA: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate platform changes before they go live

• Learn and Grow: Stay current on Salesforce updates and features relevant to the eatertainment space (e.g. loyalty programs, event bookings, and guest journey optimization)

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 0–2 years of professional experience or hands-on academic project work in Salesforce administration

• Interest in CRM systems and how technology improves guest experience and business operations

• Familiarity with Salesforce objects, page layouts, reports, and dashboards

• Exposure to Salesforce Flow or Process Builder is a plus

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills—especially when working with cross-functional teams

• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a high-energy environment

• Any experience in hospitality, restaurants, or entertainment is a plus!
