Overview
As a Club Orchestra Classroom Assistant, you'll support music education for elementary students in grades 2-5 through an after-school orchestra program. Responsibilities include assisting teaching artists with student supervision, helping with rehearsals, managing physical space and equipment, and supporting student performances. The role requires elementary education experience, comfort working with youth ages 7-12, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work as part of a team. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 3:15-5:00pm during the school year (September-May), with additional performance commitments. Musical experience is a plus.
