Overview
Assist electricians in assembly, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Diagnose malfunctioning systems using test equipment, measure/cut/bend wire and conduit, drill holes for wiring, and perform minor repairs. Maintain current electrician's license and TDLR card. Requires 2 years of helper-level experience, valid driver's license, and TDLR card. Work in industrial environments with physical demands including regular lifting of 25 pounds and frequent lifting of 50 pounds.
