We are currently looking for a driven **ERP Consultant** to join our new Manchester office. If you want to solve real business challenges rather than just formatting slides, this is your opportunity.

## Tasks

**Your Impact**

• **Own Your Stream:** Lead end-to-end ERP projects and independent sub-projects within large-scale IT transformations.
• **Architect the Future:** Analyse complex IT architectures and design sleek, automated, and future-proof business processes.
• **Drive Business Value:** Deliver feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses that guide development and secure project success.
• **Consult & Advise:** Prepare compelling pitch decks and lead high-impact workshops for C-level decision-makers.
• **Bridge Business & Tech:** Act as the vital link between our clients and our engineering team, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• **Expert Leadership:** Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in a focused field, or scale your impact as a generalist on the management track.

## Requirements

**Who You Are**

• **The Foundation:** A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
• **The Experience:** 2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management.
• **The Mindset:** A razor-sharp analytical mind. You grasp complex systems at lightning speed and possess a genuine passion for tackling challenging tasks.
• **The Communicator:** You are a highly committed team player with native level of English.
