Overview
As a Service Technician I, you'll be responsible for preparing vacant apartments for occupancy and providing quality maintenance services to residents. Daily tasks include painting, drywall repairs, trash removal, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical repairs, HVAC system maintenance, appliance repairs, carpentry work, preventative maintenance, pool maintenance (when applicable), and daily grounds maintenance including snow removal. The position requires 1+ years of maintenance experience, ability to lift 80 pounds, climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Candidates should have solid mechanical aptitude, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and EPA certification is desired. This is a Monday-Friday position with on-call rotation requirements, utilizing company cell phone and apps, and using personal vehicle for property travel. Pay ranges from $21.00-$23.00/hour depending on qualifications.
