Description
**Job Introduction:**
- Guided start for new and soon-to-be registered psychologists
- 100-Day Mentoring Program with gradual caseload build (full by week 5)

## Tasks
- Deliver evidence-based psychological therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults across a range of presenting issues (e.g. anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, stress).
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans and collaborate with referrers and other health professionals to support client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records, session notes, and reports.
- Participate in weekly peer supervision, team meetings, and case discussions.
- Engage in our 100-Day Mentoring Program, including structured training, mentoring with Mary Habib, and peer supervision.
- Manage a sustainable caseload (five clients per day) with dedicated time for clinical work such as reports, planning, and reflection.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and shared learning environment.
- Optionally provide psychological assessments (training available).
## Requirements
- Full registration (or nearing general registration) with AHPRA.
- Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and high-quality client care.
- Strong communication, organisational, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Interest in professional development and growing a clinical niche.
Desirable:
- Experience conducting psychological assessments (training provided if needed).
- Board-approved supervisor registration (if applicable).
- Interest in contributing to clinic projects such as resources, groups, or outreach
