Overview
Studio BE is seeking a motivated accountant or commercial employee to join our team 2-3 times per week for approximately 4 hours. Responsibilities include processing and booking documents in DATEV, VAT reporting, payment pre-processing, payroll preparation, ancillary cost accounting, and contract preparation. The position offers flexible working hours (morning or afternoon) and is ideal for someone with experience in DATEV and Office applications who works in a structured manner.

Der Job ist als Midijob 2-3x pro Woche, ca 4h Dies kann Vormittags oder Nachmittags sein.

## Aufgaben
**Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:**
- Erfassung und Verbuchen der Belege in Datev
- UST - Meldung
- Zahlungsvorerfassung
- Lohnvorbereitung und Stundenerfassung
- Nebenkostenabrechung
- Vertragsvorbereitung
- Kaufmännische Tätigkeiten
Idealerweise sind Kenntnisse in Datev vorhanden.
## Qualifikation
Sie haben Erfahrung in Datev und Office und arbeiten sehr strukturiert
